Rachel, our founder, been a training teams for the last 30 years, with her Training and Train the Trainer Certification from the UK, in her career within the Hospitality and Retail industires, helping clients throughout Australia, the UK, Indonesia and Vietnam regions achieve their professional and business goals. She has successfully lead teams to build business growth, and to build the teams own careers. With experience in all aspects of business, Rachel has trained people who are new to the work environment, through to coaching Masters degree students from RMIT on how to network effectively in an international environment. Rachel is also the author of 'Don't panic run a pub' and about to publish her next book 'Turning the tables'.
